We make use of Australia Post for most kayak accessories, and reputable courier services for kayaks. Allow for 7 – 10 working days for accessories as this will give us enough time to sort, package and deliver your goods to Australia Post allowing some time for delivery.
For kayak deliveries we make use of a specialised kayak courier who delvers kayaks all around Australia. What will happen is once we receive your order we will check stock availability and then get in touch with the kayak courier to establish when he will next be heading in your direction. Usually the kayak courier will travel between the major cities on a fortnightly basis but it could take anything up to six weeks or more to get your kayak depending on their schedule. Please note that the freight prices we have quoted on our Online Store are based on us using this kayak courier. Should you require the goods sooner than the scheduled timing then we can call for a quote from a general courier and if you are happy to pay the difference we can get it shipped immediately, in which case you can expect to receive the goods within a few days.
In the event that you are not happy to wait for the kayak courier and you are not willing to pay the extra to have it shipped immediately, then we will refund you in full.
Occasionally there may be delays which are out of our control. If you have not heard from us or not received your goods within 10 days then please give us a call and we will investigate.
In some instances we may be out of stock of a particular item that you have ordered, in which case there may be extended delays. In such instances we will contact you to advise of the delay, and to discuss your options.
